Opening Day Info and Timeline

Hawk Family,

Tomorrow July 22nd 2024 we will start our Fall Tackle and Cheerleading Season.

All Players and cheerleaders are to start practice @ 6PM at our field located on RT 571

We will be using Game Changer as a communication Channel again this year. Please accept the Invite you will be sent via email that you used to register this year. This will be sent out ASAP.

Player Dress/Needs
* There will be NO EQUIPMENT WORN until your players are told to do so, This is a requirement for safety and heat acclimation to the players.

Physical/Medical Clearance form also attached

* Water – LOTS OF WATER
NOTE: 1 – 20 oz bottle is not sufficient please make sure your athlete is well hydrated before arriving to practice and has enough water for high activity levels in the heat.
* Athletic Wear
* Cleats

Timeline for Opening Day

5:15 PM – Anyone that HAS NOT been sized for football uniforms should arrive by 5:15 in order to ensure they receive a uniform before the first game. If you HAVE already been sized then please disregard this time

5:30 PM – Paperwork Turn in. If you HAVE NOT turned in your paperwork please arrive early to turn it in.

* NEEDED TO PARTICIPATE DAY 1 – Physical or Medical Clearance Form Attached. This must be signed and stamped by a Dr before being allowed to participate
* other paperwork can be filled out at the field

6:00 PM – Practice Starts

Pickup it at 8 PM Parents are welcome to stay and watch practice however are not permitted on the field.

Children will not be permitted to leave the field without a parent present for pickup. Please come down to the practice field to grab you athlete.

DO NOT PULL DOWN THE DIRT ROAD BY THE FIELD THIS IS FOR BOARD AND COACHES ONLY
